The Cat5E UTP patch cord for EZ-Panel conforms to ANSI/TIA/EIA-568-B.2, ISO/IEC 11801 2nd edition (2002) and CENELEC EN50173 (2002) for Category 5e/Class D applications, and is designed for high speed protocols such as ATM 622 Mbps and Gigabit Ethernet 1000 Mbps. The Jumper is comprised of a flexible jumper cable and terminates with two modular plugs.    

Cat5E UTP Patch Cord for EZ-Panel
The Cat5E UTP Jumper Cable is a 100 ohm UTP cable. The cable is housed in a blue PVC jacket and includes four twisted pairs. An additional 26 AWG, flexible, insulated conductor at the center of the cable serves as a control wire, which carries the EZ-View scanning signal. In this way, scanning does not interfere with the data signal-carrying pairs.

Cat5E UTP Modular Plug
The Cat5E Modular Plug features enhanced Category-5 performance. Available with 8 contacts, the connectors accommodate termination of 24-26 AWG stranded wires.
