The Cat.6 patch cord for EZ-Panel conforms to ANSI/TIA/EIA-568-B.2-1, ISO/IEC 11801 2nd edition (2002) and CENELEC EN50173 (2002) for Category 6/Class E and is designed for high-speed applications such as ATM 622 Mbps and Gigabit Ethernet 1000 Mbps.  Comprised of flexible jumper cable and terminating with two modular plugs.   

Cat.6 UTP Patch Cord for EZ-Panel
The Cat.6 UTP Jumper Cable is a 100 ohm cable. The cable is housed in a blue PVC jacket and includes four twisted pairs. An additional 26 AWG flexible, insulated conductor at the center of the cable serves as a control wire, which carries the EZ-View scanning signal. In this way, scanning does not interfere with the data signal-carrying pairs. 

Cat.6 UTP Modular Plug 
The Cat.6 Plug is field-terminatable, with superior cable retention providing enhanced pull-strength and preventing pair deformation. The plug is designed to ensure precision wire placement, providing superior performance.

With GIRARD's Cat.6 Plug ensures high-repeatability Cross-Talk performance, with both factory and field termination.

The connectors have 8 contacts, and accommodate termination of 24 AWG and 26 AWG solid and stranded conductors. In addition, a 9th contact for EZ-View applications accommodates with 26 AWG stranded wire.
